  1. Draymond:

“Miles Bridges is my guy, that’s my little brother so I’m not gonna sit here and go in on Miles. Miles can do no wrong to me.”

  2. Which is all the more reason to be pissed off that he got suspended for 9 games. He potentially ruined their playoff chances.

  3. To all the causals who don’t understand why we extended Draymond or deal with his bullshit.

    This is why..

  4. Back early in the season, before things got weird, I pointed out that Draymond seemed to be looking for opportunities to go to the basket more than he has in several years.

The dribble hand off action where the defense is tying themselves in knots trying not to let Steph get open, for example. That often results in a lane to the hoop, and Dray is taking it this year in a way he hasn’t for the last few years. When he makes a defense respect him as a scorer, it makes even more good things happen for everyone else.

And now he’s turned into a legitimate 3-point threat?! At least in the first half. Where did THAT come from?

He’s still as solid as ever on defense, of course. With the added offensive threats, I think he’s on his way to having more impact this season then he’s had the last couple years, maybe even potentially the championship year. That’s premature, but it’s going to be interesting to see how it plays out over the rest of the year and playoffs.

  5. I like the fact that Kerr isn’t overusing Draymond as well.

His minutes are such that he should still be fresh come playoff times, hopefully we get there.

  6. This has got me pretty excited, ngl. I’m trying to temper my expectations as some of the teams they’ve beaten during this recent run haven’t exactly been good or at full strength.

Tomorrow’s game against Denver will give us a better idea where this team is at.

Having said that, the team has looked so much better with Draymond. It’s hard to not get excited!

  7. He said miles “wife beater” bridges can do no wrong and it’s his little bro. Lost all respect for him
