Tony Jones thinks Jordan Clarkson’s time as a Jazzman is coming to an end

  1. Cheap contract for the next 2 years, maybe that gives value. Maybe the Jazz see if they can trade pick 27, 32, and Clarkson to move up to a good pick out of the lottery, like pick 16 or something.

  2. Can’t say I’m surprised, but I’m sure the feeling is mutual. Clarkson should get another chance to contend, and the Jazz can get back valuable assets for Clarkson due to how good his contract is. He’ll always be my favorite Jazzman, but its time for both parties to move on.

  3. I’ve been mentally ready for this for a while now. I fully expected him to either sign-and-trade or test free agency last off-season.

So long. Thanks for everything. We promise to cheer you when you come back to play against us.
