  1. You can be saved by simply believing on the Lord Jesus Christ, not by trusting in your good deeds to earn you eternal life. Please make the best decision of your life and continue reading for 2 min. The gospel:

β€œ…how that Christ died for our sinnes according to the Scriptures: And that he was buried, and that he rose againe the third day according to the Scriptures” (1 Cor 15: 3-4 KJV)

You are not unique; every human being has sinned and continues to sin daily. No person will live with God until they are deemed perfect and righteous. That can’t be done by you trying to reform your life, so we need another solution.

If you believe that Christ died for our sins and rose from the dead, God promises you eternal life at this very moment. Your mortal body may die, but your being (spirit) will never cease to exist and God will also resurrect your mortal body in the future like in Jesus’ case. That is why the resurrection is important because it shows Jesus is also able to also resurrect you.

What does it mean to believe? It is not complicated – to believe is to be convinced that something is true. If you think it is true that Christ died for all of your sins and rose from the dead, you are saved. It has nothing to do with changing your life, going to church, reading your bible, or stopping whatever bad things you do. If you trust in your good deeds instead of entirely Jesus, then you effectively do not believe that Christ died for all of your sins. You have to let Jesus carry the entire load of your sin.

It is like if I said I trust you to do well on your online exam, but then I offer to help you on some questions; I don’t actually trust you then. You don’t have to worry about stopping your sin because Jesus paid for all of them – simply trust him to follow through with his promise. Romans 5 likens salvation to a free gift; a gift is already free by nature, but a free gift leaves no room for interpretation. All you have to do is take the gift freely by believing. Nobody can force you to take a gift.

    Ephesians 2:8-9

β€œFor by grace are ye saued, through faith, and that not of your selues: it is the gift of God: Not of workes, lest any man should boast.”

We SHOULD do good deeds after being saved because good is still good and bad is still bad. However, we need to separate that from salvation; the only obligation for salvation is faith (Acts 16:31 and Titus 3:5). Even if you stop believing in Christ, or do a number of evil things, you would still go to heaven. That initial belief is what saved you from Hell already.

However, doing bad things is quite shameful so I would not recommend it. After you have believed, you should try to live right to help others and benefit your current life.

Jesus promises you eternal life now (present tense possession hath/have), not in the future. You can know for sure that you have everlasting life the moment you believe. 1 Timothy 3:16 and John 1:14 tell us that Jesus is God manifest in the flesh, the Word (one of Jesus’ titles) made flesh. God cannot lie as Titus 1:2 shows; you can be assured that he will never break his promise.

    John 5:24

β€œUerily, verily I say vnto you, Hee that heareth my word, & beleeueth on him that sent mee, hath euerlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation: but is passed from death vnto life.”

There are many other verses that show all it takes is faith, but hopefully this makes salvation very clear. This makes true Christianity distinct from all other religions like Catholicism and Islam, among hundreds of other smaller religions. Choose the one that is unlike the others. Other religions do not guarantee eternal life as it is based on whether you are good enough.

  2. i really wish you guys wouldn't put the final score in the thumbnail, couldn't you just exclude the scores who is that information helping? makes the video more entertaining when you don't know the winner

  3. The refs in this league are disgrace. How tf it's suggs foul when cade pull his shirt. Suggs did perfect defense, why call foul? And then non call traveling at the last move.
