Oklahoma City Thunder wins their fifth in a row as they defeated the Houston Rockets, 123-110. The Thunder outscored the Rockets, 66-48 in the second half as Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (36 points, 5 rebounds, 7 assists, 3 steals) and Chet Holmgren (29 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists, 3 blocks) totaled 66 points as Jalen Williams added 22 points. Jabari Smith Jr. led the Rockets with 20 points and 17 rebounds while Alperen Sengun added 19 points and 12 rebounds. The Thunder move to 40-17 as the Rockets move to 25-32. They become third team in NBA to reach 40 wins (Boston, Minnesota).
In tonightโs game, Chet Holmgren surpassed 150 blocks and 100 3PT FGs on the year, making him the first rookie in history to reach such marks.
