Shocked Simeon Rice is not in the Ring of Honor. This guy was essential on that 2002 SuperBowl team and was dominant for us for quite a while…

I’m probably forgetting a lot of people but that’s my five off the top of my head since like ‘96. Baker likely to make this list if we sign him and he continues to play at this years level.

If Licht can get Brian Burns that could be a steal for sure.
Rice is the ultimate steal, but JPP is another one that felt like a steal too.
Wasn’t a FA, but a third for JPP was insane in hindsight. He blew past all expectations I had of him.
So, the guy didn’t have a lasting impact and there was a big reason nobody picked him up, but Antonio Brown was a steal and we got to have one of the best receivers in the league as our 3rd option.

Ndamukong Suh was great for us. JPP really solid.
Revis was still elite when he was here he was just handicapped by dookie shoes coaching. Revis/Banks was a solid man coverage duo then we decided to hire a cover 2 coach. Ruined the youngster and sent Revis elsewhere. Incredible moves dumbasses.

When we signed Joey Galloway to a 5-year deal at age 33 I was doubting the sanity of the front office. He played out his entire contract in Tampa and had three really good seasons.
