[Dehner] The #Bengals land at 26th out of 32 in the NFLPA grades. They were 27th last year. Here’s the year-over-year results (first photo 2024) and some notes on them.

  1. The food part is kinda baffling – how much would it honestly cost to just provide a fruit bowl daily

  2. Duplicate post. And yeah the Bengals treat players (and especially their families) like crap, nothing new.

What stinks is finishing in last place 4 of the past 6 years AND being treated like crap. At least in KC they win rings while being treated like crap.

I know, I know we almost won. Please don’t start that “We’re #2” chant while being treated like crap, it sends the wrong message.

  3. The nutrition one is interesting. It seems like such low hanging fruit, but it makes me wonder.

Are we serving absolute dog shit food all the way around, taste and health wise?

    Tasty but unhealthy?

    Not Tasty, but healthy?

    Is food not available enough?

Would something simple like cut fresh fruits and veg available help the score?

    Is it a variety issue?

    Is it a portion issue?

Would sending players home with free snacks and meals help?

Are the meals tailored to dietary needs and restrictions of individual players?

    How would a player define an A+ nutrition experience? A? B? C?

  4. Baffles me how many small market teams don’t really pump money into little things like family treatment and food. Seems like a good way to keep up with big market offerings.
