This tracks to me, when the Grizz were having fun, they played well… When the vibes went they played poorly
More of a “clock in/clock out” mentality is more sustainable than success contingent on vibes… That being said the 21-22 Grizzlies played the most fun brand of basketball I’ve seen
As long as the team has matured by the time the 2024-2025 season begins, I have no concerns.
If they don’t, I hope everyone book marks this interview and learn from it.
Hopefully no one in here gets worked up about this like some in Grizz twitter did earlier.
These two snippet quotes out of context make it sound more inflammatory than it actually is if you listen to it. He’s comparing 2 different environments is all.
