In 6 of the 7 wins they got a sv% at .920 or better and they played 3 teams over .500 over this streak.
Are we sure that’s because of Brunette, or thier Goalies playing great hockey and they’re beating up bottom feeders

I’m pretty new to hockey (football/baseball fan who’s marrying into a Devils family), but isn’t Lindy like the 6th most winning coach of all time?

I don’t agree that canning Lindy after last year was the move even knowing what this year has become, but I do love that fact that the meme uses Brunette’s mugshot.
He’s also got the guy in net that we desperately need.
I’m not disagreeing. I’d rather have him than Ruff eight days a week, but get saves get wins. Nashville is one of the most historically mid teams in the history of this sport.

The Predators missed the playoffs by 3 points last season with Filip Forsberg missing 32 games and Roman Josi missing 15 games. In other words, if their 2 biggest stars were healthy they would have made the playoffs. So the narrative that Brunette took over a bad team and he’s making them better is completely overblown.
* Through 61gp last season they were: 31-23-7 (69pts) * Through 61gp this season they are: 34-25-2 (70pts)
