  1. Id be fine with it, seems like Payton is vetting all QBs so if this is the pick i have to support it until proven otherwise

  3. Not the biggest fan of Nix but I think he’d be able to excel in Payton’s offense, and love the fact that he doesn’t turn the ball over or take sacks. In the past two years combined he only took a total of 10 sacks and threw 10 picks. Pretty insane

  11. He seems like a bland but nice guy, and is pretty good at analyzing the NFL, but I cannot take a word Orlovsky seriously. All I see is him sprinting out of bounds in the end zone. Its like when Mark Sanchez is calling a game.

  12. Bo fits Paytons system perfectly. Has shown great poise in the pocket avoiding sacks and beating the blitz. He has a lot of qualities that Payton likes, so I would be fine with this. If we had a different HC, I would feel differently, but Bo fits Payton’ scheme very well.

  14. Nix is honestly my favorite QB to take at #12.

    Didn’t see a lot of him at Auburn, but watched a lot of his games at Oregon. And every single game, the announcers were praising his ability to read the defense and make pre-snap changes at the line.

    And his 45/3 ratio of TD/INT last season just blows my mind.

    That sounds a perfect fit for a Sean Payton offense.

    He also has the rushing ability too (744 yards and 20 TDs on the ground over his final two seasons)

  15. Can I just say, NFL field size regulations aside, life appears to have been very good to Dan Orlovsky. Good for him. Shoot away, king.

  17. Seems like this guy is a bigger clown of an analyst than he was a pro quarterback. Most of his takes are pure garbage but if I had to guess hopefully SP is using this guy as a smoke screen.
