[Moore] The Wolves ran the first play of the game tonight for Jaden McDaniels. Asked Rudy Gobert after the game if that was designed to get McDaniels going:

“For sure. When you get that ball early in the game, you know then everything opens up and you’re a little more relaxed and I think that’s what happened with Jaden.”
McDaniels when asked about it said, “it got me in a rhythm early”.

First time doing one of these kinds of posts, lmk if I formatted it correctly
Really like hearing this, a big thing I’ve wanted to see has been Finch getting Jaden more involved on offense. I think this is something positive to takeaway from this game and hopefully we see more plays drawn up for him
finch actually running plays to get guys going?? this is crazy
Jaden was fun to watch last night
Been saying this all year. Rudy and Jaden shouldn’t be our #1 options of offense but get them ball early and they’ll be much better on defense. I don’t even care if Rudy fumbles an easy layup or two early in the game
