[Graziano & Fowler] Everything we heard during NFL combine week: Buzz on Justin Fields, Kirk Cousins and top draft picks

The only truly relevant bit in here is the following:
> (When talking about Wilkins not being tagged) Houston is intriguing here. The Texans have ample cap space, a quarterback early on a rookie deal and a playoff roster. There would be several teams in the mix, though. The Browns are always good for a splash or two, for instance. Would they strengthen an already stout defense with the versatile DT?
The fact they go out of their way to mention the Browns making a splash or two is very interesting to me and gives me confidence that they’re hearing we’re in on some big names.
We need a lb who can cover! We absolutely sucked in this scenario last season the only guy we got is jok that is all around solid in that room. Add a good lb and this defense is much different. I would love chop Robinson but it isn’t happening.
