shit on him all you want but taking 14 shots (half of them 3’s) in 12mins tonight was legendary. Deuce had one more shot attempt in 46mins. The guy’s playing for one last deal this summer and he’s showing all the GM’s he’s gonna chuck the shit out of it when you put him on the floor
i cant be hearing this noise after every game. the guy is old. one of the biggest things that happens when you get old is that you have less energy. alec burks, believe it or not, will not be playing this much once we get our players back. this will allow him to expend less energy and therefore play better. what we’re seeing right now is likely not indicative of how he’ll play with the rest of the roster.
This is crazy how people defend this bumass player . Using the excuse he’s old is such bullshit . He played a ton of minutes in Detroit, and the fact is , he’s always been ass . I’ve watched almost every single game he’s played in and literally he’s just a chuck , straight up iso into a bad shot player . He’s awful defensively . Like literally this guy isn’t just useless . He’s detrimental . He literally is horrible for the Knicks , in any role . He’s not even a good veteran since he truly has no noteworthy playoff runs .
