With the news today of Adams and Diggs being released I feel like a lot of people are forgetting about this kid. Pete was hyped up on him in the preseason and he was third in special teams tackles before he tore his ACL in week 11. Could be a sleeper for a starting role in his sophomore season!
i love jerrick and his energy but im worried about the injury.
Coming off a later-season ACL injury. Doubt he’ll be ready for camp.
Wishing him a speedy recovery. Even if he can’t make it back until midseason, it’s likely that at least one of the safety positions will be open for competition in 2025.
I don’t think he’s a starter, but I like the player & hope to be proven wrong. That would be amazing! We have a nice depth piece & special teamer on the cheap here at the very least anyway.
He’s a starting FS on this team for now, so not forgotten!
