Second mock draft on NFL Draft Buzz.
This is an alternative choice to my previous mock.
I really would hate to trade Lattimore but I having a feeling it’s coming. So in this mock I traded Lattimore and a 6th for the Lions 29th pick.
I also made some minor moves trading up with Cincinnati in the 4th.
I feel like this mock also hits a lot of needs, but let me know what you think!
Also let me know if you have any prospects who would work well in the Saints system. I’d love to check them out.

Two safeties? No edge rusher? Joe Milton? No thanks.
*If* we trade Latt I’m going to guess it’ll be after the upcoming draft. I could be wrong of course but I’ll be surprised if they decide to take that extra, unnecessary cap hit.

Payton Wilson, LB – Will probably go high, but he’s a beast.
Jalyx Hunt, LB/Edge – Also has experience at Safety – Would be an interesting combination
Ty’ron Hopper, LB – Seems like he might fit well into the Nickel/Dime scheme
Renardo Green, DB – Probably goes before the Saints pick again after the 2nd round
Mohamed Kamara, DL/Edge
Only QB I want in the mid rounds is Rattler
Maybe it’s just me but I don’t see a need to draft a WR in round 2. Would have personally gone with a edge rusher since Foskey seems like a miss
