Bucs have 16 players due to be unrestricted free agents next week

1. Fortunately for us most of those guys are not impact players.

   Get a deal done with Baker.

   Figure out a way for Lavonte and Will to finish their careers here on affordable deals.

   Re-sign the kicker.

   Everyone else is replaceable with 7th rounders.

2. Mayfield, David, Mclaughlin, and maybe Edmonds are the important ones to sign. All the rest can walk.

3. Baker Mayfield – hopefully is back

   Lavonte David – should be back, most likely won’t be signed until other cap hits are figured out

   Devin White – He gone. Although wouldn’t be opposed to a 1 year deal if he humbles himself and takes a smaller contract

   Chase McLaughlin – my #3 priority signing after Evans and Mayfield

   Aaron Stinnie – would like to see him back for depth

   Chase Edmonds – see what else is there, then maybe bring him back post-draft

   Zack Triner – why is he re-signed Licht!

   John Wolford – guessing he is back given relationship with OC

   Matt Feiler – door is this way Mr. Feiler

   Will Gholston – bring him back, another Buc for Life imo

   Greg Gaines – good rotation but replaceable.

   Pat O’Connor – dependable, let’s see how the draft shakes out and then practice squad him

   Ryan Neal – Mr. Feiler can you hold that door for a second

   Justin Skule – I want to say he is an OLman?

   Cam Gill – feel like he will be pushed out due to depth then lack of skill

   David Moore – not a bad WR4/5, but I’m guessing he goes to Carolina

   Basically 3 must re-sign, about 5 replaceable back up depth guys, 5 “see how the draft plays out”, and 3 “Adiós Amigos”

4. We better not pay baker 35+M. It’s a handcuff for a guy that isn’t a top ten qb.

5. All we need is Tristan Wirfs and a football.
