War eagle
Whoooooo!!!!!
Yeah I’m big on this one personally
i heard he good
58.2 PFF grade, don’t mind it for depth but hope Brad doesn’t expect this to be the solution for the Cam Sutton problem.
This comment section is a lot happier than the other one lol. Carlton come back szn starts now LFG
Isn’t he kinda meh? I’m asking this isn’t my opinion
Why
1 year deal, dude hasn’t necessarily played that great since the Super Bowl but he’s an upgrade. You gotta wonder how much was just lack of interest. Oh well let’s ride. Fuck the packers
Not for a third round pick. But hey I think we got two picks back as well.
Haven’t really paid much attention to Carlton Davis. Is he any good? Ik he was good back in 2020/21 season with bucs.
Third rounder for a rental that wasn’t good last year? Idk if they’d even want to resign. Seems like a high pick for a prove it year.
Still would have preferred Snead for a 2nd and a 5th but oh well.
This is the guy that Craig Reynolds sent flying to give Sun God the TD, when we played TB in their creamsicles.
O WE COOKIN NOW!!!
I’ll take it. He’s probably CB1 already
meh
If there is any corner with the last name Banks that is a starting caliber CB we have to acquire him! We need the Carlton Banks CB duo!
I mean shit can’t get any worse back there, right?…..right?!
Lol @ all the fans that are acting like they have watched a bunch of Carlton Davis film.
I am disappointed with this trade because at pick 92 we could have gotten a much needed Guard like Zinter from Michigan and adressed CB with one of the other 3 picks.
Instead we got a mediocre CB on an expensive contract and will definitely have holes on the offensive line now or atleast a total lack of depth without that precious extra pick.
A lot of previous scout team people and gm’s in the chat…sounds like they know better then Brad
I truly wonder what it would take for this fan base to trust Brad Holmes sometimes. Let’s not act like career revivals don’t happen, this guy is going to a better coaching staff, shit happens.
This wasn’t THE CB signing, was it?
We need an edit of the Craig Reynolds block on him where he flies through the universe and lands in Detroit wearing a lions uniform.
Guess we aren’t getting sneed after all folks.
I don’t really LOVE it. Dude seems like he has no hands.
A 3rd round pick. $14 million. Nobody in free agency could have been cheaper and better?
Excellent, he’s addressing needs like DB depth before the draft. One year hungry man deals are the bread and butter when you draft this close to last. I’m gonna trust this draft will be as good as the last one.
Normally, I’m skeptical; but this guy drafted Sam Laporta and Jamyr Gibbs. Everyone thought he was a jackass until they were both in the running for ROTY at the end of the season.
He’s great in man coverage and fits the scheme but hes had his injury history. It’s pick 92 so late 3rd rd. We get back a 6th this year and next. He’s already an upgrade. People are such babies in this sub lol
Why do I feel like the people mad about trading the pick were also mad about drafting a rb in the 1st round
