  1. For those wondering why, we’re only in the tampering period of Free Agency so far. UFAs cannot be officially signed until Wednesday when the new league year begins. The team has *agreed to* a contract with Leonard Floyd, but the contract cannot be made official until Wednesday.

    Saying that we turned in no transactions today basically means that we didn’t extend or release anybody. Really weird tweet from Maiocco, though.

  2. So they haven’t officially released Armstead yet. Wonder if they can work something out.

  3. Armstead being released as a June 1st cut doesn’t mean he would be on the team until then. IF they cut him before then, they can designate him as a post June 1st cut (regardless of when he is actually cut) the only caveat then is that the cap savings they realize with such a move would only be realized by the team after June 1st.

  4. Maybe armstead is still negotiating. Last year the Eagles were going to cut Slay post June 1st then the next day redid his contract and stayed. So maybe they are still working on that
