  4. He was on the top of my target list ( tho the injury does concern me.)

    But when healthy dude was one of the most underated dt in the league.

    If he’s not too expensive I’d love it. Just worry about lions paying all their big contract out this fa to guys with injury concerns.

  12. Hope everything checks out with the injury. He would be a significant upgrade over bringing back Benito Jones.

  23. Starting DTs left is pretty thin.

    It’s Reader coming off a quad tear, Arik Armstead, and then way down the list, Sheldon Rankins is probably the 3rd best left.

    Reader has been linked to the Lions from the beginning. Will be interesting to see if he leaves Detroit without a deal. Josina says it’ll happen on Thursday.

  26. A nice rotational piece. Hasn’t played full season since 2018. Week 15 torn quad.

  27. I love the idea of bringing these vets in with big game experience. Reader played in a SB with Bengals, David did with Tampa.

  29. I’m not someone who’s concerned with free agency at all so far, but if we signed Reader I’d be fully torqued

  31. We’re getting into the bargain season of free agency.

    This is the good part where you have good players who didn’t get the money they expected and can sign 1 year prove it deals.
