I’m sure this is probably a smart trade, but why does it seem like this team cares more about D-line backups than O-line starters?

I think this probably rounds out the Dline now. I think everyone who is moving elsewhere in free agency has been replaced.
At first glance I first saw Maliek as Mack and thought we got Khalil and went, “holy shit we’re all in.” Then I saw Texans and went “oh wait not Mack.” Then I saw tackle and thought, “oh hey, O-line help!” Then I saw defensive and went “aw, not O-line.”
And then I remembered we still need DTs so I went, “oh sweet, thanks DeMeco.”
