You should be scared Skip… The rest of the NFCEast is on notice with Peters at the helm.

Don’t agree at all with the Caleb Williams part, but if we hit on Maye or Daniels in the draft it’s the same thing, and we’re really cooking then.

  1. I’m scared because I’m beginning to have hope. That’s an unfamiliar feeling for me with this team. 😬

  2. I don’t see why it’s so far fetched. In the same manner as the free agents, for the right price. That’s the prospect kingsberry has the best report with obviously. Unless he reports that he’s flawed in some way, or the cost is prohibitive, why not?

  3. Chicago isn’t going to trade the pick. As soon as they started trying to trade Fields the game was up. It’s too bad he couldn’t have just played a little better, because Washington would have been in perfect positon to swap for a fair price and let them get MHJ. Maye will be a consolation in the least sense of the word, though. They’re very fortunate there are multiple high level prospects in this class.

  4. This is not what I’m seeing at all. We didn’t sign any big names or premium players on defense. I’m not complaining at all, but I don’t think we are in WIN NOW mode.

  5. It is always nice to see a Cowboy fan scared.

  6. I was high on the team after today. This brought me back to earth. Bayless is the worst judge of talent.

  7. draft capital? no thanks. if Caleb doesn’t fall to them, they take Daniels/Maye. That’s why they got Marriota to babysit until Daniels/Maye is ready in 2025.

  8. This dude thinks Joe Burrow is better than Patrick Mahomes. No way his opinion on my team matters whether good or bad.

  9. Well he got the first part right, then he went all Skip Bayless and started shitting out of his mouth

  10. I didn’t, and still don’t, have high expectations for this next season.

That being said this roster is looking a lot more competitive than I thought it would. A wildcard spot wouldn’t shock me.
