This is a preparation and coaching issue more than anything. I’m sure Carlisle is getting paid one of the highest salaries in the league with his new extension but I can’t say I’ve been impressed with the job he’s done. Just whelmed at best. He makes a lot of rookie mistakes like tonight despite being an NBA head coach for 20+ years. The SEGABABA record and the 30 losses despite a league leading offense speak for themselves.
Well thankfully there are no back to backs in the playoffs.
Bound to happen when your play style is predicated on pace. Luckily it won’t be an issue in the playoffs and with the league looking to reduce B2Bs going forward.
