Damn that’s a shame for his development. I’ve loved the hustle I’ve seen out of XS and the (hopefully long) playoff run would have been great for his game. Ultimately he projects as a fringe bottom 4 NHL-er but teams still need guys like that they can call up in the event of injuries.
