Whose signature is this?

I was cleaning out my grandfathers house after he passed recently and found this Pistons hat. Does anyone know whose signature this is? This is the 2005-2017 Pistons logo but I have absolutely no clue who signed it. Would love if someone here would know. To me it looks like it says Rip ala Rip Hamilton but I am not sure
