I was more of a fan of taking Parsons which i guess for a while looked to be even with sewell but now it seems like sewell has pulled ahead.
These people go through life acting like they didn’t make these tweets

I didn’t even consider it a possibility that Sewell would fall to Detroit. I figured they would end up going Chase, Waddle, or Smith, depending who was there, since the WR room was barren. I did have the thought they might add Surtain or Horn after how dissapointing Okudah’s rookie year was. Wanted nothing to do with Parsons (the hazing rumors) or Fields.
I remember people asking me why I was so excited about an offensive lineman, and telling them it’s because he’s a future first ballot Hall of Famer.
This is one of my favorite bad takes. This and all the mock drafts that said Detroit needed to draft Malik Willis not Hutchinson
When Brad’s presser from the end of this season got linked to the NFL reddit so many non-Lions fans were saying he was just making shit up when he said at the time people called Penei a bad pick over taking a QB (AKA Fields). I was so mad they thought Brad was lying when people were absolutely raking the organization over the coals when it went down. Hindsight makes people act foolish. BH and MCDC never forget.
I’m glad twitter user “Poopbutt69, M.D, Ph.D.” had the courage to walk back his comments. I’m willing to let him back into the band if you all are.
I was so over the moon having Sewell fall to us, I COULD NOT BELIEVE people saying we should have taken fields
We really missed on a “QB” that never threw for 4000 yards in a season and has like 8 career wins through 3 seasons 🤣🤣 meanwhile Sewell is 1st team all-pro lol
