  1. nothing extra ordinary by victor, what was surprising was that they were passing to him and not hoarding the ball….Spurs needs a white point guard. They white guards accept a franchise player and are good support cast that never get jealous of a superior player.

  2. I hate his double agent ass teammates. For ⅔ of the season he was playing 1vs9. Now they learned to pass? The best thing for Vic’s career is the spurs finding a young CP3 or Rondo. Someone he can grow with and keep the others inline.

  3. He really is as big as the hype. A lot he can do and it's his rookie year. He has so much room for improvement and he looks like this already.. he is a problem

  4. Not hating or anything as this was a great achievement and it's great to see his development, but to say Victor is the only person in NBA history to pull these sort of numbers as a rookie and only mentioning Shaq and Robinson without mentioning Wilt is wrong.

    In his Rookie season, Wilt Averaged 37.6 points per game and 27 rebounds per game. This is insane to think about having one season close to these numbers in any players career let alone being done in a players Rookie season!

    As a Rookie Wilt got 4 double-quadruples:
    * 41 Points, 40 Rebounds
    * 44 Points , 43 Rebounds
    * 58 Points, 42 Rebounds
    * 56 Points, 45 Rebounds

    Unfortunately Blocks weren't recorded properly during Wilts playing days, but from around 110 of his games that they were recorded during his career he averaged 8.8 blocks per game! Likely a majority of these were taken in his later years as he was getting older and declining, so there would have been seasons where he averaged well above 10 blocks per game.

    People forget about the GOAT Wilt, then everyone else is far behind.

  5. I'm watching , i'm pausing, replaying i'm amazed at this dude. We been waiting for a new obvious generational freak athlete and it's clear we got one now.

  6. Im sorry but, (rounding up) this kid as a rookie is now averaging 3.5 blocks a game. Thats already enough to put him in the top 50 BPG seasons of all time. Right around #40 to be specific

  7. I thought he might be too big of an injury risk with his stupid length and 100lb frame, but he’s got really nice agility and athleticism for his size. And despite being ridiculously skinny, he doesn’t look fragile. He looks kind of tough for a stringbean. He also looks like he’s 35. That’s usually a good sign for durability. Dude’s pretty incredible.

  8. In fairness to the rest of the league this domination shouldn't be too surprising for a 10-ft long guy with that much skill and athleticism.
