These are our past backups. I understand the hate for the Niners. But Jimmy G as a backup to me is a blessing. Especially since he’s experienced. After seeing Wentz play against the Niners of course I was hoping he’d re-sign. But at the end of the day he’s still more injury prone compared to Jimmy G.
Imagine that game against the Packers where Brett Rypien shit the bed. We win that game with Jimmy G. To me signing Jimmy G as a backup is a W. Stay RAMBITIOUS RAMILY!! 💙💛

Jimmy G made it to a Super Bowl , I don’t see why anyone is unhappy with him being our backup QB?
I wish we could’ve gave Bryce Perkins a chance, I watched him play in KC when Stafford was hurt. I’ve always liked him. I’m sorry but Brett Rypien has to be the worst back up QB I’ve ever seen
