  1. Twins Pass, however, is a great deal as someone living in the area.

    >It found that on average a family of four will spend $180.54 on the cheapest available ticks (sic) [tickets], a parking spot, four beverages and four hot dogs.

    I’m just 1, and I walk, so I’m good.

  2. “Twins jumped from second most affordable in 2023 to 18th most expensive in 2024”

Yes more expensive so not downplaying that, but the wording here is intentionally trying to spin it by changing the verbiage from “most affordable” to “most expensive”.

The 18th most expensive per SI is the 13th most affordable if we’re using the same verbiage. So the Twins dropped 11 spots from 2nd to 13th and SI’s trying to paint it worse. Not shocking given the pile of poo SI has become.

  3. Refuse to spend payroll, downgrade team, up ticket prices. Just twins things.

  4. Acceptable as long as they keep investing in the team, which they have been pretty good about (post-Carl) up until this season

  5. The interesting thing is to look at Twins tickets, then the cost of other sports in the area.

I took my youngest to a Wild game after TwinsFest this year. Holy hell can NHL games get expensive.

  6. After all, the 4th richest owners in baseball, the Pohlads, need to “right size” their organization. Meaning of course, they want more cash intake, and much less cash outflow. I wish like crazy these guys would sell the team.
