They need more than luck. There are easily 20 teams in the NHL that are better.
Need to start keeping an eye on open players who have a clear shot at the goal, instead of firing into 2-3 players + a goalie.
Get better at just attacking on breakaways
Need to learn to be more accurate with our passing.
We need a goon that will make the other team think about take a cheap/blind hits.
Goalies need to practice staying calm during break aways and figure out when they should attack/defend, instead of just leaving 2’ of gap behind their backs.
Just to name a few. I’m not a hockey coach or player, I just watch a lot of hockey & just tossing in my two cents.

Honestly, looking at the first three years I think last year was the year impacted by puck luck.
