The Nets have been through Kenny Atkinson, Steve Nash, Jacque Vaughn and likely soon interim coach Kevin Ollie, all while Tom Thibodeau is stringing together a Coach of the Year-deserving season at The Garden.

Not to mention Brooklyn’s cornerstone Mikal Bridges sporting a perpetual sad face after Nets losses, while his former Villanova teammates Jalen Brunson, Josh Hart and Donte DiVincenzo are headed to the playoffs.

  7. Marks is a total failure – nets fans still love him for a season that happened 5 years ago.

    So many in the sub wanted the “vibes back!!” And wanted KD/Kyrie/Harden out.

    Well they got zero vibes, no coach, no good players & no draft picks. Not trading Bridges to HOU for its picks back + not trading DFS for 2 firsts should’ve gotten your ass fired

    Why the strays towards him? Not his fault he was caught in the KD/Kyrie drama.

    Honestly I feel bad about Cam, DFS and Mikal. All great parts of a team but sent to die.

    Spurs could use him though.

  10. Well both teams have the same chance at a ring this year. Also Bridges has been to a finals. Hart has zero chance at making a finals anytime soon

  11. Probably one of the greatest what if teams. Problem is they banked on three high maintenance stars and decided to take a no nonsense approach

  12. It’s amazing to me that NBA players are referencing culture that came from the longest running Nicktoon of all time. 

  14. Boy if that Houston trading Green and a couple of the Nets own picks back for Mikal was true and they didn’t take it yikes.

  15. Nets need to fold or be relocated. Franchise has been cursed since coming from the ABA having to trade Dr. J to pay the Knicks a territorial fee

  18. To be fair – Bridges was a key player on one of the most winningest teams – his first couple years in the league. 

    The Nets are currently a dumpster fire and mismanaged a Big 3 that just fell into their lap. 

  20. There’s nothing wrong with losing if there’s a point to it, but there are no indications that this organization has a plan aside from huffing the same “stars want to come here” hopium that made the Knicks a joke for most of the modern era.
