  1. It’s like he was going to do his usual low IQ thing of trying to be Magic Johnson and bring the ball up court then realized he shouldn’t.

Then he treated the basketball like a grenade.

Then Coffey doesn’t even attempt to contest the 3. PG drops to double cover Paul Reed rather then go out to Maxey.

There may be a culture problem here I’m sad to say.

  2. plumlee is one of those cases where it’s like it’s clear that’s who he is. a big that takes the ball up and likes to dribble. and it’s clear they told him to stop, so we hadn’t seen it even before this stretch of games where he didn’t play at all.

it’s like do u want to use that part of his game and get into actions differently knowing someone has to guard him just running up the court or not. he doesn’t amount to much doing it but that’s partially because there’s no rhythm with the team doing it.

like it sucks so much every time it happens but I want a different dimension where we unlock a different part of the game having him do it just like when we have terrance mann or amir bring the ball up with harden playing off ball on some dribble handoff shit.

like imagine a thing where it’s like a(way worse) version of sabonis or jokic taking the ball up and having russ do that inverted pick and roll for the bench unit. just like monk or fox or murray/reggie would. imagine that with norm ??

I wish they could figure out a balance or have plumlee just get flat out better with this taking the ball out shit. it leads to an issue every time he’s out there

  3. him and paul were on one last night… just completely tanked the team with the turnovers and absentee landlord lue allowed it to continue.
