Well here we go, spring training has wrapped, the roster is close to being set and we two days away from the season opener at the Rays. Aaron was solid as a rock for the franchise for six-plus seasons from 2005-2011. He had one spectacular season in 2009 when his bat went crazy to the tune of 36 home runs, 108 RBI and 4.5 WAR. Although he wouldn’t approach those numbers again, Hill will be remembered fondly by Jays fans.
Plus remember the moment he stole home on May 29th , 2007 vs. the Yankees to give the Jays the lead. It was only the second time in team history that it had been achieved.
