[BTH] The #Angels have hired Taisuke Sato as International and Pacific Rim Scouting Coordinator. This is a new development for the team, as far as I recall, which in recent years has not had a dedicated scout for the Pacific Rim.

He needs to dedicatedly scout Munetaka Murakami and bring him to Anaheim.
