Dude — so much this. I get that what we are doing is different, and maybe Poles is really an incompetent boob. But he has a vision and a philosophy for team building to which he adheres. It seems to be paying off (at least on the defensive side). Until this whole thing goes pear-shaped he gets the benefit of the doubt.

Shilling Subway was the highlight of his career.
RG3 is an angry bitter man because his career fell apart. Now the only thing he has going is providing hot takes for the most amount clicks or risk being let go by ESPN in the next wave of layoffs.

I respect how he’s building us up. When he inherited us we had little to no talent.
The way he’s constructing us is so smart, not blowing big loads on free agents so we’re not in cap hell when we have to extend our homegrown talent. It’s going to take longer to get to being a contender but if he’s betting on his scouting department and drafting.

The pattern with coaches and QBs is so far exactly the same as the last GM.
I wish someone would challenge RG3 by asking, if Caleb should refuse to go to the Bears, where should he go? And please explain why that team is better suited to develop a QB based on their history.
