A’s under Fisher and that bitch Kaval will be playing at a Junior College stadium in no time flat.

I would bet Oakland. There is NO way MLBPA is going to have Judge, Ohtani, and its other stars playing in a AAA ballpark for an entire season. It’s by all measures embarrassing to the sport.
I think this all depends on the talks with the city of Oakland and also the players union.
Sutter Health Park is small and it feels like a minor league park. Does going to Sacramento disrupt the Bay Area TV money that Fisher gets? If it does, I doubt he goes for it.
The Pacific Ocean Athletics will be playing in an indoor outdoor underwater dome!!!
Word is the a’s will now play in Sacramento starting next year until vegas. This, yet fucking again, seems like a power play for fisher et al to avoid making any concessions to extend a lease on oakland. As it stands fisher loses just under $70 mil a year if he doesn’t play in the a’s territory under the current TV contract. Sacramento is defined as outside of that. Of course a new TV deal could be negotiated.
Sacramento offers almost all of the negatives of 3 more lame duck seasons in Oakland (I.e. no closure) and none of yhe benefit (the brand potentially staying in Oakland). Fuck all of this.
Once again something so sacred to me is being denigrated.
Come back to Philadelphia I guarantee you the city could support two baseball teams.
Las Vegas I believe will not happen, Fisher is putting all Millions into defeating the initiative to have the people of Nevada vote for this peace of shit stadium that may not fit on the 9 acres site so far all he produced is a one piece picture of a opera house it’s no different than the bull shit he pulled at the water front
Does the A’s front office really think that “leaking” all this bs news will change any leverage that they think they have? Fisher and co have no leverage, the city of Oakland and its residents know this. Leave us if you really want to leave! We truly don’t give a fuck anymore.
