  1. They will make no noise regardless until Embiid is back. What is the point of this post.

  2. This is not *okay*. It’s not acceptable that your PG is both a nonexistent shooting threat AND a poor playmaker on the ball. One of these things might be tolerable, but not both.

Him giving us Royal Ivey numbers is a death knell to our chances of competing. As long as we continue to play him the way we have, we will lose.

(Hell, forget losing we’re getting blown out.)

That 99 PPG would rank last. BY SIX POINTS(Memphis 105)

This is fucking ridiculous. It’s just not fair to the other guys on the team, it won’t be fair to Joel when he returns.

No one wins from this. It hasn’t worked, it’s time for NN to pull the plug on this ill-gotten experiment. There’s other ways to flash Maxey off the ball then to play a player who doesn’t benefit the starters.

The one-to-one wasn’t Payne to Bev. It was Bev to Lowry, and they are objectively the same dude.

  3. You keep making posts trashing Lowry.

This stat applies for everyone who has played the past month.

He is shooting 35% from 3 and has a 4.6/1.3 AST to TO ratio. It will be nice to have a steady hand when the playoffs come around.

It would obviously be nice to have another dynamic scorer right now besides just maxey and Kelly, but Lowry’s skill set will be more helpful once embiid’s back.

Also, we are past the point of making any moves. We have a boatload of injuries and not many places to turn right now

  4. Lowry is here for the playoffs as a bench piece, savvy vet, guy to keep heads cool, and be a channel for Nurse (remember, he won a title with him right?). He will be a really nice complementary piece, but he’s not a main guy to focus on.
