Russ and Norm are the only respectable players man.
I’m like one minute into this thing and this guy says Norman Powell is a good defensive player and Zubac is not. Not sure there’s any point in continuing to listen..
Cliffs notes
– It’s an effort thing, specifically defensive effort and attention. Offensively they have been okay still. – It is not a personnel thing, they have enough good defenders to play good defence. In fact they have much of what a chip team needs – They have no obvious leader to fire the troops and that is a problem – The ‘identity’ term is a cop out and just means effort – Calling a team soft is one of the worst things a coach can say but it is warranted in this case

It’s telling that the last game we saw effort was the loss vs the bucks when PG and Kawhi sat. This team dating back to the start of the 213 era follows the mannerisms of Kawhi and PG, and they are skilled but low effort , low motor not fire up the troops guys
