Both these dudes are so damn good at scoring. Kyrie, we all know he’s the perfect second banana on offense.
And Luka gets tons of love as a ball-dominant overall offensive force. But he doesn’t get enough love for specifically his scoring. He has like infinite scoring options for whatever is being done to stop him. Doesn’t matter where he is and who’s on him.
Luka’s shooting this year has taken him from unstoppable to unfair.
I can’t get over the fact he’s at 38% on threes, which is 2% over the league average.
And he takes 10.5 threes per game, which is second behind Curry’s 12.5 and Trae is third with 9.
BUT these are the threes he shoots: 0:46 1:30 1:44 2:15
He’s having one of the best shooting seasons in the league and he only takes the most difficult threes lmao, off-the-dribble contested step-backs 😂😂 how is that possible???

can’t believe teams were not willing to sign kyrie not even 2 years ago for the pettiest non-basketball, non-criminal reasons. like it’s such a braindead signing especially if his value around the league was in a trough… buying one of the most skilled players ever for the low? sickening how often teams let noise cloud sound judgment.
