Yea, RG3 is insufferable.
of course i love kelce, but RGIII is actually really good at this stuff. he’s fun and entertaining and smart in his takes. maybe he ends up just doing college ball again.

RG3 is perfect for in-game color commentary. Heās just the perfect level of goofy and a little dimwitted for that. Studio work heās too over the top.
Iām so tired of the ESPN personalities, Jasonās the kind of guy we *need* to make that shit go from bearable to enjoyable

I read Jason Kelce in and got excited….
I know the money and the stage would be great for Jason but I feel like I’d want him to be more peripheral to the league. The idea of him wearing a suit and fitting into the typical game day stuff doesn’t appeal to me. That feels almost antithetical to Jason Kelce.
I like Florio ok but Chris Simms makes that show unwatchable. He either doesn’t prepare or is so dumb he forgets what he’s supposed to say. So he mostly just repeats whatever Florio says but in a less intelligent and much more boring way. Plus I can’t stop staring at the spaces where his eyebrows are supposed to be.
Back in the early 2010’s when I was still a Redskins fan (long story) I had an RG3 jersey. I used to love watching him play before he became an injury magnet. As such I have more respect for him than your average Eagles fan, I think he’s a pretty good commentator and analyst. That being said I’d rather listen to Jason any day of the week so I hope this change happens
I thought Jason wanted to work for the eagles? Either way, cool for him
Just getting rid of rg3 would be a huge win. He’s terrible.
I donāt like this for him. Studio chat is super awkward and unnatural for new player-broadcasters. Iād rather see him in the booth with a seasoned pro announcer so he can do color, kind of like Romo. I think heād be very knowledgeable and entertaining.
Acceptable on the condition that if an OL goes down I expect Jason to abandon the booth and put on his Superman outfit to save the day
He needs to be the host of Monday Night Football. He is by far the funniest and coolest football player to ever exist and would be amazing.
Finally, someone who will make a “fuck Dallas” hot mic moment on purpose.
Would be such an upgrade tbh
