  1. Not surprised here. This has more to do with the integrity of the sport than massive fraud.

    Stakes are high for the image of the NBA, but stakes are low pretty much everywhere else.

  2. There is nothing to probe honestly. This is a guy who isn’t even on a full contract and the NBA is aggressively marketing gambling and still uses Foster as a ref.

    It’s a shame that Porter is tarred, but I don’t think he woke up in the morning and thought, what can I do? I know, after how hard it was to get the door open after my injuries, I will close it again by cooking up a gambling scheme.. come on. If that’s the case, his brother is going to beat his ass.
