Was kinda hoping he’d run today to see if he’s still as quick at that weight.
I’m a whoever we draft I’m fine with guy but it doesn’t take a genius to recognize daniels frame and muscle mass is distributed differently than Lamar. Iv seen dude get hit and he gets blown up and knocked back..iv also seen him lower his shoulders and score on the goal line. His toughness will be his weakness and I can see him getting knocked out if he doesn’t learn to slide and get down. I’d be absolutely psyched if we draft daniels..

This doesn’t really mean much. Just shows he has a competent team behind him… there was no way they were going to let him weigh in at anything less than his listed weight.

Definitely glad to see his measurable better than I expected, especially since it’s possible we take him at 2. I’d still like more weight to his frame and some work on sliding, but I’d rather the front office have two good choices than a red flag like a tall qb with a sub 200 frame.
He wouldn’t get weighed at a neutral site and people speculated about it. Then he gets measured at his place and is exactly how much he claimed he was? I call bullshit. My eyes aren’t lying to me, he’s not the same size as Lamar Jackson.

If he weighed less than 210 people would say he can’t put on weight. But he put on weight and people are still insinuating he’s slight. That’s moving the goalposts.
We’ll see if he keeps the weight on but as of right now, he put on the weight.
Good for him. I’m glad he was able to hit that weight but extremely disappointed he’s not running. The only thing I can think of is that he had to do a lot to hit 210lbs and it’s simply going to slow him down. No worries just a bit of gamesmanship. Let’s see him sling the rock now.

Interesting, I thought he was a legit 6’4. Maye is 6’4.5 so he’s an entire inch shorter and at least 20 pounds lighter.
