[Charania] Cavaliers All-Star Donovan Mitchell is targeting a return to action as soon as Friday’s home game vs. the 76ers, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. Mitchell has been sidelined since March 16 due to knee issue and nasal fracture. Now on cusp of return.

4. He’s a warrior, I would be happy to have him back to make the push down the stretch, but as long as he’s as close to 100% as he can be. I’m worried about a potential relapse

   I’d just hope he can contribute a couple of good drives that lead to freethrows/easy passes outside the arc for an open 3. I don’t expect him to jump over anyone for a while without having his confidence back.

   Him being there will make the Cavs better even if he is not flying through the air.
