5. Kind of sucks Turnbull’s probably gonna have to pitch during the first go around since Wheeler’s losing a rest day

6. Having to wait an extra day for baseball sucks. But it’s better knowing now instead of last minute.

7. I want baseball as much as anybody, but this was the right thing to do. Friday is going to be a lot nicer.

9. Guess I’ll be working a full day tomorrow, pain, more bummed about having to wait another day for Phillies baseball though

10. Sucks, but it was the right call. I’d rather this than go down there and wait. Or be out there in a yucky environment. While it’s not convenient for those with work and classes, it’s still better than taking a gamble.

11. Doesn’t mean I can’t drink like it’s Opening Day tomorrow.

16. So sick of greater Philadelphia spring weather. We go from winter to summer and summer to winter. No spring and no fall

18. Better to have good weather, rather than crap weather, playing and having people hunkering on the concourse while the opening day ceremony goes on. This lets everyone enjoy it.

24. If it ends up being nice tomorrow John Middleton better be out in the lots to play catch with the people who wasted a day off planning to go the game.

25. This sucks. Bought these tickets a long time ago…have planned travel this weekend starting Friday so I don’t get to go anymore because it’s a travel day. 😭😭😭

29. I took the day off to drink beer, eat lots of food, and watch the game.  I’m still drinking and eating a lot, but now idk what I’ll be watching.

33. I’d rather it be this way anyway. I hate waiting all off season for baseball only to have them play a game and take a day off in between games.
