Jags Emergency Legend: Todd Bouman


I remember he was riding a tractor back home when he was asked to re-sign with the Jags as the emergency backup to our the other legendary QB, Quinn Gray.

  1. Fun fact, Todd Bouman actually had four different stints with the Jaguars, but only played a single game for them. I think Trent Edwards started a game for the Jags that year too.

  2. Somewhere on the horizon, the silhouette of a man getting off his tractor stands defiantly against the setting sun..

  3. In the years that have passed since, often, in times of darkness for the Jaguars, I’ve said to myself and others, “we need Todd to get back off that tractor.” It’s always been a nice reprieve, a break from the despair, to remember a more simpler time.
