  1. I watched his Podcast. I think Pat is telling us half of the truth (on purpose). First of all, he had no splint around his wrist and he was moving it just fine. So whatever injury he has/has had, is not debilitating ie he could probably play through it without really affecting his performance. Second, when he started talking about it, it felt like he was twisting the truth a little bit and was smiling/laughing. He even said at some point that he “doesn’t feel a thing” lol Third, even the title of his podcast is “*potentially* out for 3-4 months”. So putting everything together, I think that he does have a ligament tear, it doesn’t affect his performance (as long as it doesn’t hurt) nor he can make it worse by playing but IF he were to have it fixed, he would need to be out for 3-4 months.

  2. No way Pat Bev plays through his injury unless he thinks his career would be over post-surgery.

Either way, we need to find a backup PG, which really sucks…almost feels like this is karma for trading away Cam Payne and his excellent bench vibes.
