3. For context, this was the jays tradition for a few years going to play in Montreal. Vlad was trying to break camp with the squad, ended up getting sent down after this and called up in May due to service time.

   Vlad has this swagger back in spring, hopefully it carries over into a monster year, Jays offense desperately needs it!

5. I would love to see the expos be A franchise again. Looking at that stadium brings back some memories. I remember watching on tv tony Gwynn get his 3000th hit there in front of his mom.

6. This makes me want to learn French just so I can listen to this guy call games. I love it.

7. I got a confession to make…

   I was at this game… took my son to his first ball game, he was 4 at the time. It was a boring game, 0-0 after 8 innings. He had school in the morning, he was getting restless, so we went home at the top of 9th, after the 50/50 number was announced.

   The horror when I was sitting in the metro, opened my phone, and saw that Vlad Jr hit a walk off in the bottom of 9th. Still kicking myself to this day!

   I vowed from that day forward to never leave before the end again…

   It didn’t take away the fun I had with my son, who’s 10 now and loves baseball with a passion… but it still hurts man…
