  1. 6 arms starting the year on the IL and the only pitcher in AAA who can be recalled is Joey Cantillo, they needed this depth like we need air

  3. WELL. Didn’t see that notification coming. Interesting.

    Strzelecki- 67 games over the past two years, 3.63 ERA over 72IP, with a 27BB to a 77K ratio. Played for Milwaukee and Arizona.

    Zak Kent- 3 major league appearances, last played in fall league, AAA, and rookie balls. I genuinely don’t know where to pull numbers from, he’s played 68 minor league games across 4 years with a 4.95 ERA in 258.2IP. On the bright side, we got him from Texas, so he’ll be an all star closer next year.

  5. Both on the 40-man roster, so they’ll take the spots opened up by De Los Santos being returned to Arizona and Straw being outrighted.

    Stephan to the 60-day IL is a guaranteed move to free up one of the needed spots. Guessing Karinchak also goes on the 60-day since he didn’t log a single inning in spring training for the other spot.

    Edit: Meant to say that they need two more spots for Carrasco and Beede, hence the 60-day IL moves.

  8. Death, taxes and guardians turning lower level pitchers and getting production from them.

  9. Dude’s going to be a top five reliever in the next 3 years judging by that name.

  10. I hate how every year we sign Cash Considerations and then we just end up trading him. Can dude just not stay healthy enough for us to give him a good look?
