I went to a season ticket holder event at the then Pittsburgh Sports Garden located in the Southside (The Glasshouse apartments stand there now) and got to meet almost every member of the team that would bring the 1st Stanley Cup to Pittsburgh. Unfortunately, Mario and Kevin Stevens weren’t there but I do remember meeting a young player brand new to Pittsburgh that could barely speak English named Jaromir Jagr (he signed the contents page since he didn’t have a player profile) These are some of the autographs I got in my 1990/1991 yearbook. No idea how much this is worth but it is something I’ll never part with and always cherish along with the memory.
