Is this jersey real or fake?

1. Looks fake to me. The 49ers logo in the front is too big especially the 9. I have a couple fake jerseys and the 49ers looks like that. Plus the sleeves look too long for being a stitched jersey.

5. I guess jersey collecting isnt really my cup of tea, but does it mean any more or less if its “real” or fake? As long as you are repping the team and its comfortable thats what matters at least in my view

7. Purdy hasn’t been on the team since we used that font on the front for the logo on the front of the jersey. That, and the text on the nameplate is way too thin to be legit.

8. Looks fake. Hope you didn’t pay too much. If you didn’t pay a lot, then it’s great! Idc if I wear a fake jersey, I’d rather not pay $300 for an authentic one

10. This is 100% a fake jersey, the Nike logo on the sleeves isn’t stitched like that on legit jerseys. Neither are the white stripes on the sleeves, on legit jerseys the white stripes are screen printed, even on their stitched jerseys

19. I only have fake jerseys..all from Chinese vendors online. I’m not paying $250-$300 to get 1 from nfl shop. I’ve gotten tons of these well made knockoffs some have small drsprencies like yours some you can’t even tell its fake. When my friends and I were younger we used to do a group order and all get a jersey for like $30. The shipping was $50 and that’s why we all ordered as a group to mitigate the shipping cost.

21. Definitely fake, incorrect 49ers logo used below the shield for Purdy’s time on the team. Can get higher quality versions via dhgate.

23. Fake, everything is sewn on. The real ones everything is just silk screened on besides the numbers and name plate. Quality on the official stuff has gone down hill.

26. 95% of people who see that jersey would not bother to stare at it to see if it is “fake” or not. They will see the jersey, see you are a 49er fan, and go on with their life. Buy it , enjoy it, and wear it without worrying about messing it up.

29. As a niners fan who also attends every game in China jerseys, I’ve literally never had anyone call me out or look down on me for it. Wear it with pride even if it’s a red tshirt with a hand drawn logo!
