CONFIDENCE: #LSU QB Jayden Daniels won’t be worried about playing in the shadow of Tom Brady if the #Patriots draft him. “I played in Death Valley after Joe Burrow. I feel like I’m ready for anything. I’m a game-changer.” (h/t @SavageSports_)

  1. Tom Brady’s shadow is not a thing here anymore. Nobody will likely ever compare to Brady and everyone knows it. Mac got the comparisons because he was supposed to be a “franchise saving” first rounder, white and relatively unathletic with the added supposedly “high football IQ” trait. Not a single sane person who has ever so much as watched a game of football would ever compare Daniels to Brady or expect him to fill shoes. The only thing the next Patriots QB has to do is be better than Mac and Cam.

  2. Hahaha imagine comparing Joe Burrow’s shadow to Tom Brady’s 😂😂😂.

  3. Honestly, confidence is great, don’t get me wrong but can we get humble, intelligent, and team player?

  4. Nobody will ever live up to Tom tbh. If you play well then whoever our new guy is will be fine

  5. So many on this sub were quick to downplay his pro day (which doesn’t matter). I’m curious with how slow Maye’s release looked today, why aren’t we seeing these posts today? Legitimately looked worse throwing the ball than Daniels. I’m fine with either, but these damn fans man
