Holy shit those Hawks announcers are insufferable.
I really hope we play them in round 1 and sweep their ass.
This is Dejounte Murray’s NBA Finals, gotta hand it to him.
-allowing second chance points is suspect
-refs too, fuck them
-Tatum should stop forcing buzzer beating game winners, make the best play goddammit
-still #1 tho
-Jrue is back, that’s a win for me
Seriously….
Dejounte Murray is the least likable player in the league. That trip on Porzingis had me fuming. Also sweet uncalled five second violation!
we harp on it all the time but the ATOs are so fucking bad. nothing else worries me about this game (except some effort things which i dont think have happened enough throughout the season to be worried about)
Derrick white confirmed too good at shooting.
WHY don’t we run ANYTHING for the last shot EVER. One of the Jays iso’s while everyone else just stands and watches. Every time, like clockwork. Why? I think Joe is a smart guy and a decent coach, but why is this always the case? Can a smarter basketball mind explain something I’m not seeing, or is this just stupidity? Why? Is this Joe’s fault or the players? I just can’t think of a logical explanation. Why?
Nothing funny to say, this is not encouraging.
🙁
What a joke.
Can’t win a blowout against the Hawks and we can’t win a close game against them either. Cool!
The lack of clutch killer gene in this team is very concerning. Their record is amazing yet I somehow feel no confidence heading into the playoffs. Just don’t have faith they can get it done when it counts.
Death, Taxes and JT ISOs that fail
This should have been a blowout. It’s very clear this team just wants the playoffs to start. I do too, but while we wait, how about we try to get hot and build some rhythm and good habits?
No?
Lose like you have no pride?
That’s a choice but I guess that’s what we’re doing.
Legitimately one of the worst clutch time offenses I’ve ever seen. I dont give a fuck what any metric or stat says, we almost never get a good shot
Putting it lightly, we need a new late game strategy
Love Eddie laying into these assholes. Just about the only thing i liked about tonight
This team is not built to win close games.
Hopefully one day, we will learn how to finish a game during the last 20 seconds
Why the fuck was Derrick White not guarding Murray at the end after locking his ass up? So dumb man.
Wouldn’t have lost this game if we could ever manage to grab a rebound anyways. Stupid game all around.
So sick of watching Tatum panic. You can literally sit and think to yourself “alright, time to watch nothing get ran while Tatum panics and throws up a brick” in real time before it happens. What happened to the highlights of him being clutch way earlier on in his career? Ever since the finals he’s been in his own head. Still incredibly skilled but damn
I’m not even a doomer, but good god have the last few games made me fucking miserable lol
Idk get how people are clowning the clutch offense in this game. We were scoring, but we couldn’t stop the hawks from getting middies and open 2nd chance 3s all night. I’m not pissed at the coaching, but the players for consistency sleeping on the glass.
This team has talent but is super low IQ. It’s like they learn nothing.
